For some reason, my wallet balance and the explorer do not mach. And, I can’t send all of my balance to the exchange - the send fails.
Please make sure that:
- your Neuron version is v0.26 and above
- proceed clear cache in setup menu (cog icon)
- wait Neuron sync up to latest block
